Recaptcha

Target opponent is unable to cast spells or
tap lands. Creatures controlled by that
opponent may not attack or use activated
abilities while Recaptcha is in play. To solve
Recaptcha, any player discards two basic
land cards from their hand.
But I clicked on all the damn traffic lights!
