Recess

Only play Recess during a real recess between
school lessons. You may play Recess at any time
you could play an instant during the recess.
Start a stop watch when Recess comes into play.
Damage to players is reduced to 0.
Each player exactly has 15 seconds per turn.
When the school bell rings, the player
controlling the most permanents wins the game.
