When Reckless Shaman ETBs, you may sacrifice
a wisp. If you do, deal x damage to any target where
x is the number of wisps you control.
Other than Zeke Baltic, the kobolds were the only
ones naturally attuned to the Maelstorm. Watching them fly through the currents should have alerted
us to what was coming.
