Recurring Reappearance

If a permanent you control leaves the battlefield, you may put it into exile with a loop counter on it. You may play cards from exile with a loop counter on it. If you do, you lose 3 life. {2}, {T}: You may move a loop counter from a card you own in exile to another card you own in exile.
