At the beginning of your upkeep put a lust
counter on target creature.
Each creature with a lust counter on it has:
"At the beginning of your upkeep, tap this
creature unless you pay {2}."
When Red Candle Brothel leaves the battlefield,
remove all lust counters.
Even the dancers need their payment during the war.
