Red Rain

You gain 6 life. Each player may pay any amount
of life. Until the end of the turn, no one loses
the game for a life total below zero.
For each 1 life each player pays, that player sacrifices a nonland permanent they control
or discards a card.
At the beginning of the next end step, the player
with the lowest life total gains life equal to half
the life they paid.
