Red Rebirth

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
sacrifice a creature. If you do, return up to one
target creature card with equal or lesser mana
value from your graveyard to the battlefield with
an additional +1/+1 counter on it.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control from your graveyard, each opponent
loses life equal to its power and you gain that
much life.
