Whenever you cast a noncreature spell,
create X 1/1 red Goblin creature tokens
with flying, menace and haste, where X is
the amount of mana spent to cast that spell. Exile those tokens et the beginning of your next end step.
As the young wizards ran out of mana, they startet chugging their small allies.
