You may have target opponent gain 5 life instead of paying Redemption Site mana cost.
When a creature you control is placed in a graveyard from the battlefield you may have it deal 1 damage to each player. If your life total would be reduced to 0 instead sacrifice Redemption Site and your life total becomes 5.
