Rees, Master Embermage

Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature
spell, Rees, Master Embermage deals damage
equal to that spells converted mana cost to
that player.
If a permanent or effect controlled by an
opponent casuses Rees, Master Embermage to
be put into a graveyard from play, that player
gets a debt counter. Then create a 5/5 red efreet
creature token with flying and "This creature
must attack a player with a debt counter."
