Regain Lost Hope

Whenever one or more Valkyrie creatures you control enter the graveyard or are exiled, put a +1/+1 counter on each Valkyrie you control and you gain 1 life.

Whenever a Valkyrie creature you control attacks, you may remove a +1/+1 counter from it and gain 1 life. You can only use this effect once per creature per turn.
