Reign of Fear

When Reign of Fear comes into play, create a 2/2 black Lord creature named Tyrant with, "Sacrifice a creature: Tyrant gets +1/+1 and hexproof until end of turn."
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose one life and create 0/1 black Serf token into play for each opponent. Then, if you control less creatures than all opponents total, you lose the game.
