Reiki Shears

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may attach Reiki Shears to another target creature you control. Whenever Reiki Shears becomes attached to a creature, put a Groomed counter on that creature. A creature can’t receive a Groomed counter from Reiki Shears if Reiki Shears was attached to that creature during your previous upkeep.
