Play this gang tactic at the start of the battle,
before the first roll for Priority.
Select up to D3 weapons with the Web trait.
for the duration of the battle, if a vehicle is
hit by one of these weapons, the vehicle must
take a Handling test. if the test is failed,
reduce the vehicle's Movement characteristics
by 3" until the start of its next activation.
