0: Look at the top three cards of your library. You may put any number of those card in exile. Rekki gets a loyalty counter for each put into exile.
-3: Exile the top card of your library. You gain life equal to that card's converted mana cost.
-10: Exchange the cards in your hand with the cards you own in exile.
