Relentless Frenzy

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, its controller may have it deal 1 damage to another target creature a number
of times equal to its power.
Whenever a black or red creature deals any amount of damage to a nonblack or nonred creature, Relentless Frenzy deals 1 damage
to each player.
