When someone puts a creature onto the battlefield except from the GY, if you
control a Dragon with mana value {7} or {8}: Negate the creatures effect until
its controllers next upkeep. You may sacrifice a permanent you control: Create
a Dragon Statue Token. You can activate
this ability only once per turn.
