Whenever a spell or ability targets something,
that card targets a random valid target instead.
If a spell targets Remniuf, Archfiend of Chaos
any player may pay {1}{r} to copy that spell
or may pay {1}{b} to counter target spell that
targets Remniuf, Archfiend of Chaos.
Chaos is never fair, but.... wealth may remove some
chaos.
