Exile target non-land permanent an opponent controls with converted mana cost 2 or less and
all other permanents that player controls with
the same name as it. Then, search that player's graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with
that name and exile them. That player shuffles
their library and you gain a poison counter for
each permanent removed this way.
