Renegade's Overture

You and target spell's controller bid permanents.
You start the bidding with a bid of 1. In turn
order, each player may top the high bid. The
bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high
bidder sacrifices a number of permanents equal
to the high bid and Renegade's Overture deals
damage to the low bidder equal to the low bid. If
you win the bidding, gain control of that spell.
You may choose new targets for it. (Players can't
bid more permanents than they control.)
