Repressed Memories

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may look at
the top three cards of your library. Reveal one of
them and put the rest on top or bottom of your library.

When Repressed Memories enters the battlefield, choose one of your opponents. This player can't attack you anymore but whenever you gain life, this player gains half of that life points, rounded down.
