you control this turn must fight this creature first.
Whenever P-47 Thunderbolt deals combat damage
to a player, it may instead fight target non-flying creature that player controls. If it does, P-47 gets
+1/+0 until end of turn.

The P-47 was used widely during the invasion of France
to weaken the German defences and support Allied ground troops.
