Restalt, Guild Infiltrator

When you cast Restalt, Guild infiltrator, you
may exile target creature an opponent controls. If you do, Restalt enters the battlefield as a copy of the exiled creature, except it has, "{1}{u}{b}: Return this card to
your hand, and the exiled card to the battlefield under its owner's control. Players
can't cast spells with the same name as the exiled card."
