whenever you are dealt damage by one source you take no damage and reflect it back at the creature who attacked you, if you were hit by a spell you may reflect the damage of that spell to the player that cast it. the extra damage is turned into life points ex 7/5 hit you and you reflect it you gain 2 hit points
