creature card with converted mana cost 1 or less,
you may cast it without paying its mana cost.
At the beginning of each end step, if you cast
three or more spells this turn, put a chaos
counter on Retazz.
At the beginning of your ukpeep, ripple for each
chaos counter on Retazz.
