When Retribution enters the battlefield, put a Hit
counter on a random creature you don't control.
When a creature with a hit counter on it dies, gain
5 life and put 2 +1/+1 counters on target creature.
When there are no hit counters on creatures,
sacrifice Retribution.
Once this one is gone, it will be over.
