When Retriever Mk.10 enters the battlefield, put target creature with power less than it on the bottom of their owner's library.
Whenever Retriever Mk.10 deals combat damage to a player, put a Network counter on it if it does not already have one. (Whenever you Scry, increase the Scry amount equal to the number of artifacts you tap with a Network counter.)
