Whenever an opponent casts a spell they may pay {1} if they do not put a +1/+1 counter on Rettig.
At the beginning of your Upkeep if Rettig has
7 power or more target opponent exiles a
permanent they control. As long as you control Rettig, you may cast that card and you may spend
mana as though it were mana of any color to cast
that spell.
