Return from the Unknown

Mill four cards, then choose up to two creature
and/or land cards in your graveyard. Return one
of the chosen cards to the battlefield, then put
the other into your hand.
If Return from the Unknown would be put into
a graveyard from anywhere, reveal it and shuffle
it into it's owner's library instead.
The return of the wetlands was no more of a mystery
than their disappearance over 100 years ago.
