Return of the fallen

At the start of the game, target opponent puts a
25/25 God, ruler of heavens token in exile
and then each opponent does the same with
a 12/12 archangel token. Put a guardian counter on
each created token. When a creature with breach enters exile, it gets infect and fights a creature
with a guardian counter as though they were on the battlefield. When The fallen is put into exile and
no creatures with a guardian counter are in exile, you
win the game, otherwise you lose the game.
