At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on enchanted creature, then if it has three or more +1/+1 counters on it, sacrifice Return to Nature.
When you sacrifice Return to Nature, shuffle enchanted creature into its owner's deck and gain 5 life.
