Millennia ago, the arrogance of the Vazdurek Kingdom unleashed a magical surge of nightmarish power known only as the Cataclysm. Their continent-spanning empire, thousands of years in the making, was shattered in the space of mere minutes. The nightmarish entities of the Cataclysm still persist to this day, and while the few survivors of teh Vazdurek can control some of the weaker horrors with intricate wards and bloody rituals they know that soon those spells of binding will fail.
