Reversed Futures

Each player shuffles their library
if {u} was spent to cast Reversed Futures.
Look at the top card of each player's
library if {r} was spent to cast Reversed
Futures. (Do both if {u}{r} are spent.)
Each player may draw a card. If they do,
they discard a card at random.
