Whenever Rewrite kills a creature put a soul counter on him, you can use soul counters for the following, you can use Soul Counters at anytime as if they where an instant spell:
• 1 Counter: Rewrite gains First Strike until end of turn.
• 2 Counters: Regenerate Rewrite.
• 3 Counters: put a +1/+1 Counter on Rewrite
{bull} 4 Counters: destroy target creature, artifact, or enchantment, you don’t gain a soul counter for destroying a creature this way.
