If it is a nonland permanent, you may cast it by
paying {w}{u}{b}{r}{g} rather than its mana cost.
If you do so, add a mark counter to Rhanva, the Shattered.
If Rhanva, the Shattered has 3 or more mark counters, exile her and then return her to the battlefield transformed under her owner's control.
