{1}: The controller of another target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top
card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they
put it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, they put it
into their hand. Any player may use this ability.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player
gives control of all other permanents they control
to the player to their right, then swaps hands with
the player on their left.
