{ut}Calming Beasts (Resistance) : Find a wall,
door frame, or other object that is not going
to move. Place both hands or shoulder
against the object and lean your weight into
the object. While staying balanced dig your
feet into the ground taking large heavy steps
(don't stomp) pushing against the
resistance for about 30-60 seconds.
