When a player casts a spell that targets a Sliver you control, any opponent may pay {2}. If they don't, you may copy that spell and may choose new targets for the copy.
They have a slipperiness about them that I have never seen in all my duels, no doubt an adaptation they learned in a conflict with an old nemesis. - Arlonni, the Ascended
