Ribbons of the Bonded

These two white ribbons can be tied around two
different creatures. When worn, as long as
neither is hostile to the other, each wearer
telepathically knows basic health information
about the other, such as their number of
remaining hit points and any conditions that
affect them. This effect works even if the two
are not on the same plane of existence.
