As an additional cost to cast Rickroll, pretend to cast another card from your hand with converted mana cost 6 or less.
Counter target spell. Create a 4/4 Rick Astley creature token with "This creature is never gonna give you up."
Whenever target player casts a spell, you may cast Rickroll from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down...
