When Rico enters the battlefield each opponent creates a 0/1 ball creature token with defender and protection from dogs with this creature can only block dogs and this creature can block any amount of creatures.
Whenever a dog you control gets blocked by a ball the ball getsa gnarled counter on it then if the ball has three or more gnarl counters on it then destroy it and put a +1/+1counter on every dog you control
