Whenever you draw one or more cards you may
pick one for each card
•Decline the draw,
put one Rig counter on Rigged Hand
•Remove one Rig counter from Rigged Hand,
shuffle your graveyard and draw a card
•Remove three Rig counter from Rigged Hand,
shuffle your exiled cards and draw a card
If you have six or more cards in hand discard a
card and put one Rig counter on Rigged Hand
