At the beginning of your upkeep if enchanted artifact has more timers on it than it's converted
mana cost, deal damage to each creature equal to
the number of time counters on enchanted
artifact, then sacrifice it.
Whenever enchanted artifact is tapped, you may
add or remove a time counter from enchanted artifact.
