{2}{u}:Target opponent may reveal their hand. If they do not, they lose 5 life and you draw a card. Activate this ability only once per player turn, and only as a sorcery.

When Right Eye of Bolas deals combat damage to a player, you may name a nonland card. That player reveals there hand. If the named card is revealed, exile it, and then you may cast that card by paying life equal to its converted mana cost rather than paying its mana cost.
