Riku of Two Destinies

If Riku of Two Destinies is your Commander,
your starting deck may contain up to two copies
of each card that is not a basic land.
Whenever you cast a spell you may pay {2}. If you
do, you may search your library for a card with
the same name, reveal that card, put it into your
hand, then shuffle.
Whenever you cast a spell, if it shares a name with
a card in your graveyard or on the battlefield, put
a +1/+1 counter on Riku.
