At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all charge counters from Ring of Cancellation and roll a
six-sided die. Add a number of charge counters to Ring of Cancellation
equal to the result. Remove any number of charge counters from Ring of Cancellation: Counter target
spell unless its controller pays {x}, where X is the number of charge counters removed from Ring of Cancellation this way.
