jump spell from it as a Bonus Action at will
but can target only yourself when you do so.
Running Long Jump: STR, 10 ft lead
Running High Jump: (3+STR MOD), 10 ft lead
Standing Long Jump: STR/2
Standing High Jump: (3+STR MOD)/2
You can extend your arms half your height above
yourself during the jump.
