Ring of Power

Equip Ring of Power to creatures you don't control instead of those you do control.
When Ring of Power is equipped to a creature you don't control, gain control of it. Equipped creature gets +X/+2.
As long as you control Ring of Power, spells and abilities you play that say "gain control of target creature" can't be countered.
