Ring of the Damned

Whenever a creature dies of damage, exile it under ring of the damned. When Ring of the Damned is destroyed, create one mana of
any color for each creature exiled under Ring
of the Damned. Return those creature to
there owners graveyards. Each opponent
then makes a 1/1 white spirit token for
each creature that they owned under ring of
the damned.
