Ring of vengeful Fire

{t} After the attack, the ring vanishes from the
wearers finger and appears, together with the
knowledge of how to use the ring, on the
finger of the targeted creature.
{b} If the target dies from the attack, the ring
remains. "....hot, hot, hot, hot,...."
